This covers two (2) pets (dogs) under 35lbs each for the entire stay, this includes any ESA pets. Any more than 2 pets (dogs) changes the fees to $100 per pet (dog), as the house is simply too small for more than 2 pets (dogs). If you have not paid this in your reservation and you are bringing a pet, we would greatly appreciate that you will take care of it prior to your arrival. If you need a quiet location in a small but charming cottage with high speed Wi-Fi to work remotely so that you can fish/hike/river raft/bicycle/nap in the afternoons, then we just might be a perfect fit for each other. Relax in the shade from the majestic trees and cool breeze from the creek. We are the perfect gateway location to everything outdoors up the river for hiking, biking, kayaking, rafting, fishing and more. We are also just a short trip back in to town for amazing restaurants and events such as Oregon Ducks sports, or concerts at the Mathew Knight Arena. We have hi-speed internet for streaming your favorite shows and hosting video conference calls. The sleeping arrangements are two full size beds (one futon couch and one standard bed). Cooking is done on a 2 burner hot plate, microwave, toaster, and BBQ grill. Full bathroom with hot shower is just perfect after your all day outdoor adventures. Just come and have a relaxing, no worries, chillaxing time at our cottage. Yes, it is small, but it is also cozy and is all kinds of just perfect for your stay. Our checkout procedures: put the towels on the bathroom floor, leave the washed dishes on the drying rack, take the garbage outside to the can (prevents odor build up for next guests)= no cleaning fee. Instacart delivers groceries right to the door step! Contact us to see if we can receive your delivery before you arrive so that you can start relaxing the moment you get here. We try to empty, clean, and refill the hot tub every two weeks or so. We refill the hot tub with our unlimited hot water heater, so the water temp is always ready for your visit. As we are a country/rural location, we are continually working to keep mice/rats off of the property. This means that we regularly place poison blocks in various places, generally under the trailer and decks. While they are listed as pet safe and child safe, we recommend that you keep your pets and small children from these areas and monitor them while in the yard area. This is in a rural setting with plenty of parking. In fact, parking is inside the private fenced area of the cottage. We are less than a mile from the main Highway 126, offering plenty of peaceful relaxation. I live in the main house on the other side of the property. Messaging through Air BnB app is an excellent way to reach me, or you can simply knock on the door if we are home. Quiet retired folk neighborhood. Several years ago a golf course was built one block over and the houses that were built to line the edge of the course were built as well. The golf course has since shut down, but the little community of 40+ houses still remains and is very quiet with virtually no traffic. Parking is free and on site in the fenced in private area. You will need a car to get to our location and to get to nearby attractions. You will likely want to stop at the Albertson\`s grocery store near the McDonalds in Springfield before heading up the river as that is the nearest full service grocery store. Halfway between there and our cottage, is a Dollar General store with limited food offerings. There are 4 restaurants with in 10 minutes from the cottage and an amazing one called Takodas just 30 minutes up the river from us. There are 3 gas stations with in 10 minutes as well. You will enjoy a private fenced area all to yourself. The rest of the property is private and not for guest use. Our dogs are kept confined to the grass areas by an underground electronic fence. By staying off all grass areas you will prevent our dogs from experiencing elevated anxiety and stress. During your stay, you can book a rafting trip, guided fishing trip, go hiking, kayaking, fishing, see waterfalls, visit a fish hatchery, soak in the Belknap hot springs, and more. Ask us for more advice for activities. This tiny home cottage is separate and private from the rest of our property and home. Comes with it\`s own fenced in area for privacy. Pictures are taken and logged of the property to document cleanliness and readiness before each new guest. This is a non-smoking property. The main property is off limits which includes use of the pool, porch swings, zip line, and trampoline. Small pets are welcome as long as they are 100% house trained and obedience trained. Be aware that we have two small dogs ourselves and 2 cats. Your pet must be able to ignore them and not cause a disturbance. Your pet is to be in your presence at all times and to never be left alone on the property. Pets are subject to a modest fee for additional cleaning. Additionally, while the cottage has a fence on 3 sides of the property and a creek on the 4th side, the area is not escape proof for protection as they could easily jump over the creek and enter the roadway. Your judgement is required to determine if the area is safe for your pet. Guests will be responsible for any scratches and damages from the pet. There is a $25 pet fee (dogs only). We are on a septic tank, so nothing other than bodily wastes and toilet paper can go down the toilet. No feminine products, disposable wipes, paper towels, food scraps, etc. can be flushed down the toilet. No un-registered guests. Extra guests may be subject to a $25 fee for each person. No parties or events, small gatherings permitted. No changing of locks or door codes. No removal of any furnishings or appliances. Usage of utilities are for normal usage amounts. No illegal substances on the property, or the illegal use of substances. No eating or drinking on the bed. Furniture is not to be re-arranged. Early check in or a late check out may be permitted when possible, a small fee may apply. Failure to check out on time will result in the following fees : $50.00 after 30 minutes, after 90 minutes of the stated check out time the guest is responsible for one day\`s rent at the current bar rate (this does not purchase or reserve any additional time on the property), as well as responsible for any fees and refunds that are paid to other incoming guests that are affected by the delay in cleaning services, and all fees associated with delayed cleaning services. Additionally, at this point local law enforcement officers will be requested to remove your party and property from the cottage and rental property. Guest agrees to pay for all damages exceeding any security deposits collected. Respect the towels and sheets. Where needed, use special towels for makeup removal. We stayed here for the UofO graduation and it was a perfect option for wanting something quiet and comfortable. This is an absolutely stunning place to stay! We were looking for a peaceful place to stay for the night so I could prepare for spinal surgery the next day and this was perfect. The host was very polite as well! We spent most of our time just relaxing in the private hot tub and enjoying the sounds from the little creek that runs in front. My surgery being rescheduled was a blessing because it gave us a few extra hours in what felt like heaven! An absolutely wonderful cozy cottage with fantastic amenities and a very relaxing experience. Our favorite part of the experience was the creek that ran next to the front door, my wife and I spent some time sitting next to it and enjoying the lovely lights that ran throughout the space. We enjoyed our stay in the cutest tiny house. We were exhausted from our travels we napped and got in the hot tub at night. It was quiet and relaxing. In the morning we enjoyed the lovely muffins and coffee. The host has really put in a lot of work on this property. I will recommend to anyone who wants to stay close the hot springs.
