We’ve stayed here three times now, and there’s a reason we keep coming back. The location is perfect — everything you want to see is either a short walk or a quick Metro ride away. The terrace breakfast is a real highlight and a lovely way to start the day in Paris.
Like every hotel in Paris, the rooms are on the small side, but it honestly doesn’t matter. You’re not here to sit in your room, and what you get for the price is outstanding. For travelers, this is the best combination of location and value we’ve found in the city.
We’ll be back for a fourth stay, and a fifth after that.

I did not stay at the hotel so this review is only based on my customer service with them. I appreciate the hotel has a set booking policy and my reservation was non refundable however I unexpectedly fell ill and asked if they could refund or instead move my dates of stay. The refused to accommodate any changes to my booking which was extremely disappointing when other hotels with the same booking policy have been really helpful in the past. Disappointing experience.

"Run down, dirty, tired, dilapidated, icky. There is no way in the world this place is 4 stars. Visually from a distance, place looks very sweet. Sweeping driveway running through quaint gardens.... but thats where it ends. There is clearly zero pride in maintaining the property, cleaning the rooms ..."
