Clean room, welcoming and kind staff, nice location. My spouse and I enjoyed her stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, well maintained property. Our room was wonderful and the views were incredible. All of the staff are delightful and helpful. The beach chairs and amenities are not available in October, but that’s understandable for the off-season. Room service was so easy and delivered in less than 15 minutes. Loved our stay and will return.

Nice place in a great location.

The hotel is a beautiful property in the most perfect part of center of Montpellier. The room was perfect. Great view. Great size. Clean and simply perfect. We dined at a the fine dining rest. One night. It was simply perfect . What is missing in this hotel is great experienced staff. We stayed for a week in this hotel. The young girl that helped us check out and one other young lady were ok. Everyone else. No comment. The bar manager was one of the worst we experienced. My husband had a special request. We waited for half an hour and we never received our drink so we just cancelled our order. The hotel reception the night before our departure told us there is problem with the electricity. Helping us to change our room but when we were telling him we don’t wanna move to a room smaller than our original one he gives you a service with no eye contact. We travel around the world and always in 5 star hotels. The staff of this hotel were from from what you expect in 5 stars and that was disappointing.

Horrible arrival experience, I had called in the morning to inform we had issues with transportation so we would arrive between 0000 and 0100. The lady on the phone was nice and said to not worry, someone would be there. We arrived at 0025. The main gate was closed, I rang and rang the bell and intercom for 15 minutes and no answer. I called 5 times and no answer, I waited another 10 minutes and rang and called and still nothing. I had a baby, my kids and great grandparents, all exhausted from a 10 hour drive from central Germany. No one gave us the code for the gate and the reception was empty, so I jumped the gate. I was looking around and saying hello hello hello and finally the worker came out. Other than that all was good
