Mohammed made check in a joy and Sylvie the owner makes it feel more like staying with family than a normal hotel stay. She was able to get us a late dinner reservation by the beach even though it was a Monday night. "Gorgeous property in a tranquil countryside hotel with antique furniture and huge timber beams in both the dining room and breakfast rooms. (Both had enormous brick fireplaces too). All 16 bedrooms are tastefully decorated in three buildings: original country manor, a chapel, and a lodge. Each room is immaculate having extra touches of hospitality. The owner is a gourmet cook having won multiple awards…you’ll want to eat every dinner meal onsite! There is a small boutique on the property selling...
