The room was clean and the staff very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient and had a good variety. The location is great. It's a short walk from the square, shopping and from restaurants.

This is a great hotel but a bit far from our points of interest. Staff are amazing and so is the spa. Breakfast is great, everything included with your stay except for 2 items on the menu which was a little strange (fresh fruit plate and egg Benedict), not sure why they decided to charge for these 2 items. I think it would have been a better customer experience to include both, but not a deal breaker as there were enough options. The beds were hard and not very comfortable for us and it was very hot our first 2 days as we were told A/C could not be turned on until april 20th or when temps reach 80 degrees. The rooms were exceptionally clean. Overall a very good hotel but not sure we would stay again.

It is about a 15 minute walk away from the Duomo and even further for the river and museums so that’s something to consider. The rome was immaculate! Excellent customer service. Every body were very warm and accommodating. Location is safe and walkable. Good breakfast options. No complains here! Was very happy with our stay, free water and snacks that were replenished everyday.
