« Loved the proximity to all the attractions and restaurants at The Island! Staff was great!
Pillows were not very plump but bed was comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Loved the balcony. Indoor pool was really warm.
Super close (5 min) from Patriot Park, to catch trolley to Dollywood.
The traffic noise from the parkway was really really loud, especially late at night. A lot of cars with loud mufflers. Sounded like race cars. I still was able to fall asleep due to being completely exhausted...

« We were only at this property overnight and found the location to be perfect. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. I would like to recommend they get larger pillows because they felt extremely small. Highly recommend the property. »

« The property is very old and there are definitely some updates that are needed. Our room was about as clean as it could be, just lots of crevices in places that can’t really be cleaned thoroughly, especially around the jacuzzi tub. There were no places to hang our towels anywhere in the room, just one shelf above the toilet, but no hooks or anything by the jacuzzi, those would be a nice addition. The only other issue is that our room was right next to a mechanical room and every 20-30 minutes...

« The pool was full of kids , screaming and splashing like crazy. My kids didn’t want to be knocked out so we chose not to go in the pool.
The breakfast was not free. We had to pay for adults only. The waitress was so kind and that was the highlight of the hotel.
We asked for extra pillows and it seemed to be an innocence for the staff to get it for us. »
