Super people on the front desk (and, oh, what a difference that makes). It appears to be a new hotel - everything is in great condition. Excellent breakfast, well purveyed.

Super front-desk manager, Holly, was exceedingly pleasant and helpful, giving us two recommendations for dinner. We went to the seafood place and loved it. The hotel looks to have been renovated recently - our room was comfortable and up-to-date. There was just 1 elevator, but it responded quickly.

Newly remodeled hotel is one of the cleanist and most comfortable and I always try to get this hotel when I come to crestview. Best staff and I love that it is on a big hill that blocks almost all traffic noise, yet it is so conveniently located to everything! Well lit parking lot and very safe area!

We spent 2 nights here - the first of which was New Year's Eve. It was very convenient that their restaurant was open. There's also a lounge which was handy. The free hot breakfast (two choices)which was served by a very friendly waitress was excellent. Staff were very friendly. It was very convenient that room had 2 doors - one to the inside of the hotel (lobby, restaurant, etc.) and door to outside and parking. This was very convenient for travelling with pets and there was also lots of grass...
