Staff was so kind and courteous at checkout and even at breakfast, being able to make waffles for breakfast was delicious, and bed was very comfortable, still smell newness of the hotel

Our room was just right for us as an older couple. It was very updated and clean. The kitchen accessories were more than expected. The overall hotel still looked like new and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely wonderful! It was very family friendly. Being able to text someone of any inconveniences was so thoughtful! The beds were comfy and the beach was only a 30 minute drive from the hotel! We plan to stay there again for another beach getaway!

This property is beautiful n clean. My kids really enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. Breakfast was amazing and offered whole foods for those who are eating clean. I will def be back.

The staff was very kind and courteous. I like the fact that they had an automated system to check to make sure everything was OK once we checked in and when I needed a sheet for my pullout bed, all I had to do was text. I was there within minutes. All in all that’s one of the best days I’ve had in my entire 62 years. I’m very pleased.

Good experiences with everyone. Breakfast was okay, need to add more variety such as scrambled eggs and grits instead of grilled flat eggs and oatmeal. House keeping was very polite and helpful. We were there due to my mom passing away and staff was very sweet and understanding.

I absolutely loved my stay here! Very clean overall. Only thing that bothered me was the fact that I had to request front desk for housekeeping to clean my room even though in the system it showed they had completed it, it had not been done at all. And after I requested it they only brought towels and wash clothes didn’t change bedding or make bedding up nor was my trash dumped in room or restroom, luckily me and my family weren’t messy/junky, so we kept it up for the 4 days of our stay. But other than that my stay was very comfortable.

Very clean and modern facility. Hard to get into when exiting from I-10 East due to heavy traffic and construction directly in front of driveway and construction continues to the light where you can u-turn and also under the underpass to get back on I-10 W. Our stay when we arrived in Florida was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. Not enough blankets though. Return trip, food left in the fridge, no trash bag in the can, a wash cloth in the bathroom floor under the vanity partially. I called the front desk to discuss the issues but they did not answer the phone. I walked to the front desk and the lady attendant did not seem like she really cared. She gave me a trash bag then asked if I wanted her to come remove the food. We removed the food and put the trash bag in. Besides the minor issues, would stay here again.

The shower could have been cleaned a little better. There were still some hairs in there from the last guest, not a big deal for me. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast with waffle maker, eggs, sausage or bacon, breakfast pastries and juices. There a nice size fridge in the room with a small kitchenette. It would be nice if you’re staying for a couple days and wanted to make some meals in the room. All-in-all it was a good experience overall. People were nice and everything is new.
