This hotel was perfectly nestled in the centre ville of Colmar… it was truly like being in a movie set! The staff were remarkable welcoming us with pleasant attitudes and walking us to our room. We stay on the 3rd floor( yes there is an elevator) and our room was overlooking rooftops of the old town and all the windows opened… the music that played from the Easter Market floated into our room. The room was perfect two twins to make a king size bed, a soaker bathtub and an amazing breakfast included in the morning. We wandered the streets ate at local pubs and took a stroll with the map provided by the staff to the marché couvert. This town is a must do, Easter was an amazing time to go crowded but managemble and all walkable. In the morning after our breakfast we used the FREE electric navette to get to our train station at Gare de Colmar. I would love to come back at Christmas Market time!!! We enjoyed our stay here in Colmar. The hotel was conveniently located and the staff were very friendly.

Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service!

Great, more quiet location surrounded by nature and a small, quaint village. The property suited us well with clean accomodations, a nice breakfast buffet and ample parking with easy access to the Eguisheim Christmas market and also to Colmar. There is also a nice 1-mile hike up to see three castle ruins from the 10th-11th century. Ideal for driver’s to this area.

All staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the Spa area. Fatima at the front desk was especially helpful and genuine!!
