The room was nasty burn wholes in the bed spread the floor was so dirty and my sister feet was black the bathroom was so nasty was sacred to use it no water pressure couldn't was our hands never seen a pool people lived on the property was told I was getting a refund still haven't received it have pictures

Stayed for two nights. Excellent communication. Worked out well for a last minute stay.

We loved talking with the staff. They were very accommodating for our breakfast and waited on us personally. The food was good. Coffee was very good as well. The cleaning staff always asked us if we needed anything almost daily. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was great except the pool cleaning was not timely enough. We did visit during the 4th of July weekend so there was more pool activity than usual but it should've been accounted for. Otherwise everything was great!

When I walked in I was waiting for someone to greet me about 10 minutes I walked out to get the rest of my luggage she still wasn’t there waited a few more minutes. She finally came and told us the elevator was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. She tried to give us a double bed on the 1st floor when our reservation was for a queen. Bad business for the company they could’ve call the people with reservations ahead of time and then we could’ve went somewhere else. Got to the room it was a dead bug hanging from the wall. Bathroom door didn’t want to close it was hard to close it. The bed was squeaking everytime we moved and the pillows were so soft we had to fold them to get comfort. I was traveling to Huntsville/Madison because my sister had surgery and this stay was not pleasant. I was at the hospital all morning and want get some rest but this hotel was not it. The front desk person who I think she was saying she was the DSM need to do better with managing that hotel.
