We liked the accessibility and breakfast was good and room comfortable. We had a security issue where the cleaner left our room open. When reported, we were not left with any reassurance or apology which was concerning as safety and security is a basic

We stayed here for 8 days. The Baglioni is in a perfect area for exploring London while also quiet - it’s right next to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. The largest Whole Foods in London is 5 minutes away along with any other shop you might need on Kensington High Street. The included breakfast is a great value. The staff are excellent and helpful. Note that only suites have a park or street view - other rooms look into a courtyard which is very quiet. The spa and gym looked pretty good though we didn’t use them. Buses and underground stations are very close to get around easily. Plus several of the main museums are walking distance.

This is a new hotel and as such has no evident wear and tear. The included breakfast was excellent and convenient to the location of our room. The king room that we were given was very small. The hotel decor was minimalist which is not really a bad thing. There are no carpeted areas in the hotel so no odours can linger. Proximity to the Tube is great…only a 2 minute walk.

Spa, staff, location and food was top notch . We will return again.
