We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Atlántico in Madrid. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and the location on Gran Vía is absolutely perfect for exploring the city.
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The room cleaning was not up to standard. The soap was rarely refilled, and we constantly had to ask for new towels, soap och water.
We have stayed at many Rio Hotels, and this was one of the worst when it came to the service and room cleaning

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the staff made sure to keep it clean every day. The hotel is also located in a centric place with easy acess to the Complutense University and other areas of the city. There are also a lot of restaurants cafes, and bars nearby. If I come back to Madrid, will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.
