Las Delicias Vacation Packages

The staff was the best part of the trip. Everyone was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The room didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. The food for someone who is Colombian/American wasn’t what I expected. I loved the people outside in back of the hotel where the beach, they were selling souvenirs. It was good for the price.

Excellent view to the beach, the rooms are very clean and with good space, excellent staff, kind and helpful all the time and the air condining very good.

Room was clean, the place was private and not too many people. The food was diverse and quality. Good place for couples. There are a few opportunities for repairs and upkeep of the grounds, that would make the place feel more luxurious.

The property had stunning views of the ocean, with all the bells and whistles of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have anti slip strips on stairs though and I fell hard on my spine. I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened. I spent the rest of my time there bed ridden and suffered major discomfort. Pool needs signage and safe entrance out in place and staff and management need to take a course on hospitality
