« Checked in around 7 pm and that was good. Went out for awhile and then came back. As we looked around there was a makeshift toilet tank top that didn't come close to fitting. Fell asleep lying on top of the bedspread but crawled under the covers some time during the night. Woke up the next morning and found what looked to be some black stains on the sheets...a big crawling on the bed and one crawling on my wife's bag. Pulled out the desk chair and found a huge stain in the middle of it. Got...

« Chambre neuve et belle mais sombre. Peu de lumiere. La clime ne peut pas s'éteindre et elle était tres bruyante. Difficile à dormir. Environnement et atmosphere de l'entré et du petit déjeuner moyen mais propre. Personnes serviable et correct except le language d'un des receptionists envers d'autres assez choquant. »

« Fully equipped kitchen. Blow dryer didn't work, roaches and other bugs everywhere on the interior, most uncomfortable pillows of my life. But very very pretty inside the room other than the bugs. »

« Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. »
