"Excellent service with genuine warmth, the opposite of "corporate vibes". If something's not ideal, talking to the staff is all it takes to make it right. The beds are superb, which is my #1 consideration in a hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but since I wasn't spending a lot of time in the room, this wasn't a problem for me. The location is great for visiting Cornell and downtown isn't too far either."

"I loved everything about La Tourelle! The location, the natural surroundings, the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff, the beautiful decor, the water stations so I didn't have to use plastic water bottles, the super comfortable mattress and bedding, the incredible array of interesting books in the room, the jetted tub, the balcony from which I could see a lovely pond and the gorgeous trees on the outskirts of the property...all of it was absolutely perfect! Big shout out to Jessica, working the front desk, she was so wonderful ~ kind, efficient, compassionate. Jessica, you're awesome! If I ever find myself in Ithaca, NY again, I will absolutely go back to La Tourelle! "
