"Smelled bad upon entry. Like food. Felt like the listing hid the fact that this place is on a busy road with lots of traffic and that there is a place directly above it. So it’s two units in one. And the whole place could use a coat of paint and deep clean/reorg."

"During my two‑night, three‑day stay, the elevator next to the second floor was out of service the entire time. Because I had a lot of luggage, I had to use the elevator on the opposite side and frequently rely on the emergency stairs, which was inconvenient. Fortunately, my room was not on a higher floor, so it was manageable."

"Air conditioning was the only thing nice about this property. Hallways were musty. Room smelled like smoke. There was some sort of bug crawling in the bathroom. Im afraid that were going to be infested with bugs after this stay. We didn’t even sleep under the covers."

"Dirty, buggy room, missing mattress for pull put sofa, pullout bed frame unstable and unuseable. Staff could provide an alternate room and made no attempt to find us alternatives so we left and stayed no nights. "

"The front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was really good. We did not do the Sunday brunch but looked very nice. The only issue we had was being on the 1st floor. There were weddings during the weekend and it was loud with people coming back after midnight. We would definitely stay here again. "
