We recently stayed at Hotel Cavour and had a great experience overall. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made a big difference to our stay.
The location is excellent—right in the heart of Florence, making it very easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. For the price, it offers really good value considering the central location and overall quality.
Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to start the day properly.
All in all, a solid choice if you’re visiting Florence—comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced with great service.

Such a beautiful and cool property!! The location was fantastic and the staff was really nice. We stayed in a king room, and the high ceilings and large open room was such a luxury. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the lighting in the bathroom is good too. The hotel is right along the river, and there are many restaurants and shops an easy walk away. We are so happy with our choice to stay at this property for our stay in Florence. We would highly recommend this hotel, and in fact I already recommended it to a friend who will be in Florence this summer!

Pretty basic stay, the bed was very hard and the pillows thin. Breakfast was generous in portions and okay given the accommodations. Staff was helpful and kind, including when we had a problem with the heating.
