The first thing that stood out was how incredibly clean everything was from the rooms to the common areas, it was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. The staff were truly amazing as well. Always friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable and welcoming. The location is another huge highlight. Perfectly situated with beautiful views of the city that made mornings and evenings especially memorable. While it’s true that the hotel hasn’t had the most recent modern updates, that actually adds to its charm. There’s a nostalgic, unique dated quality throughout the property that feels intentional and special rather than worn. For anyone who appreciates character, history, and a stay that feels different from the typical cookie-cutter hotel, this place is genuinely amazing!"

"Negatives outweigh the positives. Positives: Bed was comfortable, and shower water was hot. Negatives: outlet for the blow dryer was damaged, bed skirt had holes, ceiling tiles in hallway water damaged, window sills/walls mildew. Overall a creepy vibe. Entrance to the lobby was dimly lit and hard to find. "

"I took a room here for a couple of nights. I was close to home so i didn't use any of the amenities that this hotel has to offer but i was pleasantly surprised. Cleanliness top notch, location excellent, pricing undervalued and pet friendly. There's a restaurant in the hotel, convenience store with gas station and McDonald's in the same parking lot, Tim Hortons across the street and easy on easy off to the Yellowhead. Minutes away from Millennium Place where every weekend there's some kind of sports tournaments going on. Highly recommend for out of towners or one night layovers."
