The hotel and staff are absolutely amazing. What a luxurious experience and also a fantastic staff that are so attentive to their guests. The property is as advertised and even better on arrival. The rooms are beautifully decorated and also keep a very modern and comfortable vibe. The area surrounding is safe and the dining is vast. There are multiple places to eat and drink close by. The shopping areas are beautiful and also walkable

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Most of those we were searching for in the area seemed small. This has a King bed and enough room to open all of our post cruise luggage. The staff were very helpful with logistics and helping us secure a taxi for our departure. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever been to for a hotel included breakfast. Wow!

Great hotel, handy to the tube, plenty of local shops and cafes in walking distance. Room was very clean and spacious. Room did not have carpet, which I thought strange, but it was probably more hygienic. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Mixed feelings. The room itself was fine, the experience not so great. I had chosen this hotel in part because it was a good location and had an EV charger. The EV charger was not working and the experience in reporting and trying to get resolved was infuriating. I had to go elsewhere and charge. ...
