Check in was very pleasant. Beautiful clean and newly renovated rooms. Tempurpedic beds. Plumeria trees right outside of our balcony. Great shower with lots of space. Free breakfast included pineapple, papaya, grapes, coffee and raisin bread in the morning. Napili beach is 2 minute walk from the rooms by the pool. On south end of the beach is the Gazebo Restaurant which has amazing fried rice and pancakes. We found Napili bay had better snorkeling than Molokini Crater! Snorkel Bob's was next...

This property is beautifully kept, the pool and lazy river are amazing and the access to the beach at black rock is second to none. The hotel staff are wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a memorable one. I highly recommend the Sheraton Maui.

Our first time in Hawaii. Really enjoyed our stay at Napili Village Hotel. Room is spacious and well appointed. Has kitchenette with all amenities. Very clean and great housekeeping services. We had a wonderful experience here! Listening to the Luau at night time was awesome. Sunrise walks along the beach with coffee from the Royal Scoop! Superb time.

Modern and upgraded suite! Our check in experience was great, we even received a box of macadamia chocolates as our welcome gift. For party of 4 the space was enough, we love that there are two bathrooms and both standing showers.

Loved this hotel and think of it often! Was a very large compound so felt very resort-ish. The pool options were great and the gym was awesome! I'd recommend making dinner resos as soon as you can, we didn't and never got to try the sushi restaurant on site (and it was so cute - really wanted to!) A beautiful stay

The building is kind of old but the staff there are really helpfull. We had a 2-bed condo style room and there is kitchen, in-suit laundry room and 2 bath. For this price I really cannot complain to have so much included. It’s a valuable place; however the bathroom is not super clean and the hand water sink is not running through the water.

Very clean and safe for families and couples. Only a 10 minute drive back to main area of Lahaina. The kitchenette is fully stocked with everything you need to cook if you want to. The beach is one of the best in the area because a lot of the coast is very rocky along that stretch. It has great snorkelling. Beautiful resort! Rooms were well appointed. Kitchen well stocked, having a full size fridge and oven were beyond helpful. Pool bar was very expensive but the drinks were delicious! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit for our honeymoon and it was lovely.

Front desk staff are wonderful - joe, Gwen. Restaurant staff super nice too (Adrianna). The relaxed character of the place is great. Loyalty abounds. Hardly anyone there is there for the first time. The beach is brilliant, yet there is lots of space on the grass and by the pool too- sun and shade options and never too crowded. Fifth time at Napili Shores, still a lovely place to stay. Quiet and comfortable, a friendly feeling about the place.

Resort and staff are outstanding! We decided to go beyond our normal budget and, as good as it all was, it's difficult to fully justify the high price. We have had almost as good for considerably less. If you're looking for a top end experience and willing to pay top dollar, Montage is great.

Great location; right on the beach, three pools, BBQ's, walking path along North Ka'anapali Beach, Duke's Restaurant and Pub on site. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry in our suite. Beautiful folding glass doors on the lanai that opens up the patio into a living space. We loved it!
