"This is an old facility. The staff were great. The location is awesome as it is less than one block from the beach on a quiet one way street. The mattress was uncomfortable and the room was small. The staff offered beach chairs and towels while we waited for our room to be cleaned. The location and the price over-ride any concern about age, size and comfort."

"Arrived to check in. No crib in room despite request being confirmed. This was 8pm with a 1 year old traveling with us. Arrived to the room and the AC wasn’t working. In fairness they fixed it as fast as they could but it was past 930pm when it all got sorted. Experience at restaurant was poor the following day. Extremely slow food average and definitely not equipped for families meal requests. Pool only had 3 umbrellas and couldn’t get any more. No bay changing facilities anywhere so once we had checked out we were out of luck changing diapers except finding a quiet corner in the floor. Overall just a little disappointing. Nothing hugely disastrous but you expect better"

"The room was great and I could see the cruise shops from the 10th floor and that was amazing. The breakfast was amazing each morning. "

"Our room had a sticky floor and very dirty bed sheets. Reported it as soon as we checked in. Came back from dinner and they said it was all taken care of. Went up to go to bed and no one had been there. Called the front desk and was told house keeping doesnt work this late so they would drop off sheets. After going back down to the front desk they finally sent someone to take care of our bed. I dont know if id stay there again especially for paying $1,000 for 2 nights. Additional costs that you should keep in mind - Valet is $57 a day (self park $55 lol). The private beach area was busy, chairs and towels were included but $38 to rent an umbrella which is a must. Our two adult beverages, 1 mix drink and 1 surfside can cost us $36. The pool and pool area was nice. It is in a good location and we did have a good time. The whole bed ordeal right off the start was bad and this review would have been much better if they had just taken care of it."

"This stay was extremely disappointing, especially since we’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. The condition of the room was unacceptable for the price. The floors were heavily scratched, furniture was worn and damaged, and overall upkeep was clearly lacking. Cleanliness was also an issue — the towels did not appear clean, there were no washcloths provided, and when we called for additional towels, no one ever came. Multiple attempts to contact the front desk went unanswered. The most frustrating part was the “water view” room. We specifically paid extra for this, and the view was largely obstructed and did not match what would reasonably be expected for that category. It felt very misleading. For what we paid, this experience did not come close to meeting basic expectations for quality or service. I’ve included photos for reference. At this point, I would not return."
