"I am so impressed. It was like a luxury to be there for the night, so calm and peaceful, so well-appointed and maintained. You drive up and it looks like a motel but very nice. And you go to your room and it is amazing. The only single thing is that the folks in the adjoining room were a bit loud in the morning. Morning people :) It was just an amazing place, highly recommended."

"All was great about the property. The only problem I had was the lighting in the bathroom. You would go to take a shower and a few minutes later the light would turn off, you would then have to wave your hands outside the curtain to turn the lights back on. This happened over and over again until shower was done. Extremely irritating, when trying to have a relaxing shower. When I asked why this happened, I was told it was a California thing/regulation/ law. Whatever… Like I said before, everything was great otherwise, just bring a light. (the bathroom gets very dark)."

"The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for our taste. The rooms need a bit of updating. Looks like a leak in the bathroom. The floor was a bit mushy. It was close to Lake Shasta which we were going to the next day so that was convenient. The staff was friendly. We were able to park right by our room. It was close to eating establishments."
