"Pros. The property, the resort, the accomodations all excellent. Perks are nice water park access to 3 waterparks Cons: the closest water park is really only for kids... crowded. We had a parking permit for infront of condo but it was always taken so had to park at main parking area and walk back many times Courtesy coffee station was not operational during our stay. Room was not ready till 5 pm and they were not able to accomodate a late check out. I dealt with 3 front desk people. 2 were amazing and one had no customer service experience what so ever. While taking us on the fastest tour of the century and giving the lousiest directions to our unit a lady who was soaking wet with a baby in her hands asked for a towel. Instead of getting it for her he directed her to walk to the front desk dripping all the way to get one in the cold air conditioned room. Same guy ignored my request for somekind of gesture to us for the late checkin. It didnt ruin our vacation .. the other two employees were awsome "

"Do not use this hotel. This hotel was certainly not as advertised, beyond basic, and the staff member on arrival was not welcoming. I would absolutely advise that you choose another property close by as there are many, "

"The room was good. The hotel is in remodel condition. The hall between the room smell bad. There was a cockroach in the room. The breaks fast very poor. "

"Everything about the Inn on the Lake was great! The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped. The room was clean and had a great view of the lake. The front desk clerks Sergio and Sophia were very helpful and friendly! Sergio took the time to tell me about the history of Harlan Hall, the historic building under renovations next door. Amazing hotel, we loved everything about it! BTW, breakfast is delivered to your room and was fantastic! "

"Had a nice stay for overnight, chose to leave early before our second night because the AC fan had to be figured out in the middle of the night due to a humid room, so we didn't sleep well & didn't want to do another night. The room (203) also had a strong sour smell; couldn't figure out if it was the AC or the carpeted floor area? Fridge iced up but kept a couple of cans of soda cold. The shower was hot but the spray head was not great & it soaked the bathroom floor through the flimsy shower curtain. There is no air vent in bathroom so it stays a little humid. The tub was slippery so if you have kids or even yourself please be careful. Room was surface clean, & the floors left our socks really dirty. TV had a lot of channels. Plenty of seating, storage areas, outlets for chargers. Beds/pillows were comfy with a strong bleach smell. Lobby is nice, providing free coffee, water. There's a smoking area, play area, pool, fitness ctr at the back of the hotel which was nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of hot/cold food options & plenty of seating. Nearby to Publix, restaurants, gas & Legoland/Peppa. Overall, would stay again if needed."
