« Beautiful updated home in a quiet neighborhood/subdivision. Close to shopping and restaurants. However, the description said it was in a resort with a pool, lazy river, water slides, tiki bar, etc. this is false. The home is located in a subdivision. It did have a small park for the kids to play in, but that was across a busy road in another section of the subdivision. Pool heater is broken and owners are not replacing anytime soon. « BED BUGS!!!We arrived at 6 PM with our four children, and by 9 PM discovered a bedroom crawling with bed bugs, many clearly visible. We immediately left for our safety, abandoning belongings to avoid bringing them with us.We spent hours until 2 AM driving around with four exhausted kids while trying to find another place to stay. The host was completely unhelpful and unresponsive.This was a nightmare and absolutely unacceptable. »

The house was very poor maintained
Food in the fridge for weeks to the point there was bugs in the fridge. 1 towel, no trash bags, toilet paper. The floors were dirty, the laundry room was disgusting and to make matters worse the house doesn’t answer so if you make the mistake of booking this place because of the nice pictures,good luck! »
