"Such a beautiful stay. Easy to get to from the train and bus station in Lucerne, just take bus 21 and it takes you straight to the front of the hotel. One of the only properties in Lucerne that is on the lake, we swam in the lake in front of the hotel… we will be back. Rooms were very well maintained and clean."

The room was the largest we've ever stayed in, despite our many years of traveling and booking hotels around the world. The breakfast was good, although the selection could be a little larger and offer more variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the receptionist was especially professional and welcoming. If we return to the Lucerne area in the future, this hotel will definitely be at the top of...
