"Be aware that the facility is located in New Jersey. So it does require traveling from new york to new jersey by cars. Lyft can be expensive and publictransportation takes time. The staff was very nice and show us how to get to New York with a private bus service that costs only $4 but I had to walk to the destination for pick up and I had to cross the street twice without the crosswalk."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Check-in was quick, easy, and stress-free. Even though we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to get our rooms before 3 PM. Michael was extremely helpful, accommodating, and professional. He went out of his way to arrange for my mom’s room to be on the same floor and close to mine, which we truly appreciated. The hotel’s location was excellent, conveniently situated near everything we needed. We felt safe throughout our stay and really enjoyed how easy it was to get around. Overall, we had a positive experience, appreciated the helpful service, and would recommend the hotel to others."

"I would rated 4.5 or even 4.8 if I could’ve. It was small things that could’ve used some improvement. Front desk staff were super helpful, my flight got in super early but I was able to check in my luggage and explore. I was also able to check in a little bit earlier which was amazing; I was exhausted. Overall cleanliness was good. The rooms window shade was stuck when I arrived and needs replacement. I was able to fix it but it took some effort. The baseboard rubber thing was coming off and exposed just looked weird, no biggie. The first day I was missing towels but the second day they brought."
