The pools are a blast, the lazy river is perfect for relaxing, and the food options are great for quick bites or a full meal. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Tito at the front desk. He was super cool, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. He went out of his way to answer my questions and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Tito’s positive energy really set the tone for my whole stay. If you’re heading to Universal and want a fun, comfortable, and guest-friendly place to stay, Cabana Bay is a great choice. And if you get Tito helping you at check-in, you’re in for a great start to your trip!"
