"our flight was cancelled at 6 pm and I immediately booked this hotel. they were so accommodating, giving us toiletries since our bags were held hostage by the airline. the room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. despite our circumstances, my family was so relaxed and slept so well. they even held our carry ons the next day so we could go to the nearby mall for a change of clothes. definitely book this hotel!!!!! "

"I made the mistake of going to the wrong Hyatt from the airport when OHare cancelled multiple flights, I did not realize until I waited two hours at the other Hyatt to check in... When I showed up very late, the girls at the front desk were amazing. So sweet and kind and also had to deal with the rush earlier. Was so thankful for them and their hospitality. The room was very nice for my quick 6 hour stay, clean. The shuttle came on time to get me to the airport in adequate timing."
