"Gorgeous property. Excellent breakfast and good M-W evening social hour. Beautiful room. Excellent staff and service. Booked because had a kitchen. Worked well for us and grocery stores nearby. Loved watching planes. Fast elevator. Used grill and patio. Did not use pool or laundry. Had parking upgrade and also room upgrade. Made me feel special. Easy to get out when leaving which is nice and also rare in Chicago. Loved that they have earlier checkin and later checkout than most hotels though we didn’t use either. "

"I always stay at this Holiday Inn in Evanston--about once a year--when visiting family. The staff are warm and professional, the facilities, while not new, are comfortable and clean. The views from the higher floors are great, and the place is convenient to downtown Evanston and the lakefront, parks, etc. I will still again. And again."
