"Many, many rooms are above ground so it requires climbing stairs - no elevator. My husband has breathing issues so it was a problem for us. Also, found a bug crawling on our bedspread but was for the most part, pretty clean."

"Was it clean, quiet, roach free, and have a hot shower? YES Was everything new and pristine? For the price if you were expecting that…go to the place down the way that’s double the rate. But it was great! The carpet in the hall needs replaced, some things needed updating but overall it is far better than I normally get for the price!! I travel a bunch and this was a pleasant surprise for the cost, clean and hot shower, and bonus there is food, not extensive… cereal, bagels, juice, waffles, fruit… but anything as a bonus when you’re paying for a inexpensive place to just sleep."

"The downstairs was not useable because the air conditioner was out the whole time. They had a fan and standing air conditioner but they didn’t help cool the two rooms at all. Also the house was not clean when we arrived because the cleaning crew got the days missed up. As soon as we called about the house not clean—the host contacted the cleaning crew and they came and cleaned the house."

"Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with it. Coffee had dark debris in it. We’ve stayed at this place many times before, and although it was not exactly a stellar establishment, it was adequate for our traveling needs. This time it was different. We’ll never stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean. Everything we could need was ready for us! Beds were very comfortable. One recliner on the couch didn’t want to go down, but we managed. spent most of our time at the dock.. fishing was as good on dock as was in our boat! Kids loved swimming off dock. Quiet neighborhood … we just wish there had been water on the dock… pipes ran there but no water… we survived.. all the pros took over any petty cons.. we will be back!!!!"

"This property was shabby and rundown! We decided to not stay as there were sketchy people hanging around outside and the building looked horrible!! We would like a refund even though the property would not issue us one. We use your app for all of our travels and feel that it’s only fair to issue refunds for shoddy hotels. Please consider this for us. We were told they had bed bugs as well."
