This is a hotel I have stayed at many times. But it is now old and dilapitated, rooms with damaged lamps, old carpeting, old and out dated bathrooms and fixtures etc. But it is continently located to most businesses and is centrally located. Staff is kind and caring with some good restaurants.

"During my recent stay at this hotel (Room 692), I encountered an ongoing disturbance that significantly impacted my rest. The neighboring room played loud music throughout the night, despite my repeated calls to reception. In fact, I even went down to meet the duty manager, who assured me that security would address the issue. While the music briefly stopped, it resumed shortly after, leaving me sleep-deprived and frustrated. Given that I had an early flight the next morning (6:50 am), this situation was particularly distressing. My total travel time to my destination was a grueling 21 hours, and the lack of sleep made it even more challenging. At checkout, I sought an explanation from the assistant manager regarding the failure to enforce quiet hours and the presence of a music system in the neighboring room. Unfortunately, their response was disappointing, he remained silent and preferred not to reply to me. I strongly believe that the hotel staff prioritized someone else’s entertainment over that of other guests. The question is how then can allow music systems to bring inside the hotel rooms. I am not going to stay at this property again and i will recommend same to others.

We had two rooms booked in this property for four nights. The room we stays first night, one room air-conditioning wasn't working so had trouble sleeping as Lahore was very hot.the second room we found a cockroach in the bathroom which was boy of shock as it is world class five star hotel. Showed to the staff and complained to the management and they were ever so apologetic. Our both rooms were upgraded to deluxe suite which were great.

From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in the hotel's warm and welcoming ambiance, making me feel at home right away. The staff at Pearl Continental Lahore are truly exceptional. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for their guests are commendable. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the front desk team, who always greeted me with a smile and efficiently handled my check-in and check-out processes, to the housekeeping staff, who maintained my room meticulously, their dedication was evident. Special mention must go to the concierge team, whose local knowledge and helpfulness were invaluable. They provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, ensuring I experienced the best that Lahore has to offer. The restaurant staff also deserve praise for their impeccable service and culinary expertise. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect sanctuary after a long day. The amenities provided were top-notch, including high-speed internet, which was crucial for my work. The attention to detail in ensuring my room was always in perfect condition was truly appreciated. Second stay here. The first in 2020. Good location. Staff are friendly. It takes too long to check-in and trying to get through to reception is frustrating. This was an issue in 2020 also. For a hotel this size you would expect more staff. I had to call housekeeping to remove a dirty and stained bath towel. Thankfully, I spotted the brown marks before using the towel. It got really busy over breakfast and we were seated in a restaurant across the breakfast area. I am considering whether I should stay in a smaller hotel in the future.
