However, it took me 2 1/2 days to get Internet and TV service because the modem was no good. The router is over 10 years old. I kept going back-and-forth with Maui resort rentals on getting it fixed. Finally, I came back to my room to find someone in there that I didn’t expect and they were waiting for the cable company to come. They got it fixed. The only other thing I would say is some food storage containers would be nice. Otherwise be prepared to buy your own plastic wrap and or aluminum foil. The owner bent over backwards to help me and to give me a good deal. I am hoping for a resolution and a remedy from Maui resort rentals. Overall, though, you can’t beat Kaanapali and you can’t beat the Whaler. ##### Jim W. The coffee was great to have as we are both coffee drinkers. Thankful for all the utensils and of course the beer bottle opener. The balcony has a great view of the mountain and ocean. A small downside was the neighbors directly above us must not have an ounce of carpet as we could hear them sliding furniture across the floor every morning between 3:45-5am, that was impossible to sleep through.
