La chambre ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions réservé. Nous leur avons montré la photo d’hôtels.com de notre réservation et ils nous ont dit que ça ne correspondait pas à notre réservation ! Nous avons eu une chambre au 1er avec vue à seulement quelques mètres sur le bâtiment d’en face et au dessus du parking alors que la photo de votre site montrait une vue sur les montagnes. Dommage car l’hôtel est bien mais nous n’avons pas profité comme nous aurions dû. Nous n’avons eu aucun geste commercial, ne serait-ce qu’une boisson par exemple.
