Castel Rundegg is an old fashioned hotel in the very best sense. It is a beautiful building in a most beautiful town, with comfortable public areas and spacious well appointed bedrooms. Those who are looking for discos and fast food options might choose elsewhere, but it does offer superb cuisine, stunning gardens and an old world elegance. It also boasts extensive pool, sauna and spa treatments. We look forward to returning there.

Tolles spa und riesieger sonnengarten mit Terrassen und 2 pools. Das hotel ist klein, aber das Angebot drum herum das zur Verfügung steht, ust gigantisch. Mit so viel Liebe und stilsicherheit eingerichtet. Ich bin einfach begeistert. Das ist das veste Haus, in dem ich je gebucht habe

Entspannt im Schloss Urlaub machen. Etwas erhöht über Meran, mit guter ÖV Verbindung kostenlos mit der Gästekarte. Geräumige EZ verfügbar mit renoviertem Bad/Dusche. Überaus nette Staff! Top-Service im Traumhotel

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro di Merano

Soggiorno davvero confortevole in un hotel a pochi passi dal centro di Merano. Personale sempre presente ma mai invadente, servizi comodi e ben strutturati. Spa di qualità. Piscina esterna con idromassaggio favoloso. Colazione completa di dolce e salato. Cena tipica e raffinata. Torneremo.

Esperienza assolutamente postiva: struttura di fascino, personale attentissimo ed estremamente cortese. A due passi dalla passeggiata più bella di Merano, si gode un ottima vista: immagino che d'estate sia ancor più gradevole. Cena di Natale molto ricercata con una buona carta dei vini.

Molta Noblesse, poca Oblige

Arrivo perfetto, bella struttura storica, ben curata. L'obiettivo del soggiorno (una notte) era quello di godere di una buona struttura e relativi servizi, e dedicarsi ad un trekking impegnativo partendo la mattina presto. Rientrato in camera dopo cena, noto ahimè che il condizionatore d'aria ha smesso di funzionare.. la camera era al piano terra proprio sopra la spa, ed all'interno c'erano sicuramente più di 30 gradi. Ovviamente era invivibile. Chiamo la reception per segnalare il problema, mi viene risposto che non c'è nulla da fare, che si sarebbe dovuto svegliare alle 5:30 per le colazioni ed ha sbattuto giù il telefono mentre lo stavo ringraziando e salutando, rimandando eventuali manifestazioni di disagio al giorno successivo. Non si è scusato per il problema e il disagio causato, non ha proposto l'utilizzo di un semplice ventilatore (che avrebbe sicuramente aiutato), non ha potuto cambiarmi la camera (perchè erano tutte piene).. ma soprattutto, ripeto, ha sbattutto giù il telefono. Per me, comportamento assolutamente inaccettabile in una struttura di questo livello (e con questi costi!!). Ovviamente, notte insonne, dormito con finestre aperte, luce di prima mattina, lotta con zanzare tutta notte e rumori continui, tra macchine, persone, ecc. Trekking annullato e vacanza rovinata. Il giorno dopo, con tutta la calma del mondo e solo dopo aver saldato ogni cosa, spiego la situazione alla reception, il trattamento ricevuto e i disagi provati. Risposta: grazie, riferiremo.

Arredo malconcio, come tutta la struttura. Le foto sul sito risalgono, probabilmente, a diversi anni fa, perché oggi è tutto visibilmente trasandato. Anche la SPA è in pessimo stato, con macchie d'umido nelle docce . Colazione buona.

Hotel bellissimo

Bellissimo hotel, situato in una zona molto verde ed elegante di Merano, a soli 10 minuti di passeggiata dal centro. Il personale è professionale e gentilissimo, molto belli i servizi connessi a spa, piscina, sauna, eccetera. Ottima la cucina e la cantina. Molto bello il giardino, dove spesso passavo il tempo leggendo, immerso nel verde. In generale un'esperienza molto rilassante e positiva.
