"Great staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. Located near lots of restaurants and Safeway, Dollar store, etc."

"Booked a family suite with 2 queen beds and a king, was given a family suite with a pull out couch instead of a second bed. There were no extra linens in the room- not even a sheet on the pull out mattress. The couch cushions were disgustingly stained white- I don’t even want to know whose DNA that was. Floors in the elevator were constantly dirty. This hotel honestly had the worst continental breakfast out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at- and I’ve stayed at sketchy hostels that had breakfast included. Couldn’t get internet, nor TV service on the 3rd floor- had to use a hot spot so my kids could watch TV at night. "

"Slow drain for shower and sink very noticeable just by running the water a few minutes. Tv didn’t work did mention it they did offer to switch rooms. With both issues. Decided not too just stay in the room. That was our choice With that being said staff should do room inspections to make sure all things are working prior to renting the room out. "
