"This hotel was unexpectedly outstanding. I have read the reviews bad and good and not knowing the name avid or IHG I had my guard up. When arriving it was late, around 3:31am and the day of check out . I was there only for a day but none the less when entering the clean and quiet lounge we were greeted with welcoming smile and polite gentleman. He was fast and efficient. 2 hours before check out I asked these two lovely women who were delightfully helpful and knowledgeable they were able to accommodate our late check out the staff is well groomed in customer service :) The hotel was an unexpected bliss . Clean lobby , hallways and rooms . Pillows and beds were basically a spa treatment . This hotel and amenities are simply amazing and It had me feel like an extravagant hotel stay for a low cost . I highly recommend it ! Will stay again ."

"Very nice room. Easy check-in and out. Comfy beds. Nice pool. Didnt give us enough towels in room, nor when we asked for some to go swimming. And one annoying thing was on the day we checked out we had like 3 ppl knock on our door and ask if we were checking out that day. Didnt seem to have their record straight. "
