The location was great and the golf cart was esential. Everything was clean with little extra touches. Would stay here again. Only issue we had were the Villages guest passes. Being our first time there, it was confusing. We ended up wasting 2 hours at the sales office trying to convince them to give us passes for the pools, etc. - apparently the host is supposed to request for their guest 48 hours in advance. So that is something that should have been communicated before we arrived. It all worked out - but being a quick/short trip - wasting 2 hours on a nice sunny day was annoying. ##### Tammy D. The house was clean the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (but we really didnt use it). If you forgot something the house was sure to have it. Very quiet neighborhood we hardly seen anyone around. The only complaint I have was the bed was to hard for our liking.. We both would wake up with back aches (or my whold body) and slept out on couches our last 2 nights. Golf cart was a huge plus and used multiple times to drive to Spanish springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. Thanks to our great host Mark. It was a good location for our visit with family and friends. The house was the right size for the two of us and had just what we needed - basic kitchen, washer and dryer, and large umbrellas for the Florida afternoon rain. The property was clean with a nice screened porch and the neighborhood was quiet so we slept well at night. I would definitely stay at Marilyn’s again! ##### Jennifer C.
