The manager was extremely kind and helpful. He guided us through our journey and was always available to assist us during our visit. Highly recommended. Excellent location. Very near from the Victoria Station.

The check in process was really bad. I had to wait on the street with my kids and 4 luggages for 20 minutes for someone to arrive with the key.
The air conditioner wasn’t properly installed and was blowing hot air inside the rooms.
Lastly I got charged a property damage fee that was not refunded even though I caused no damage.
On the positive side, the location is very good, the apartment is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

"I had a lovely stay at delta, smooth check in and large and very comfortable room. Only thing I would say is they take a deposit for each night you stay that takes a while to get back into your account after check out."
