"The hotel was close to the Byward Market and several of Ottawa’s main attractions. The room was clean throughout. The breakfast area was well maintained and well stocked. The attending staff was friendly through the whole hotel. The gym was good, although the treadmills could have been wiped better. The washroom was very clean, but the water pressure was not very strong, which made rinsing off take a bit longer than I wanted. Some may complain about the nearby shelter, but that was not an issue for us at all. Check in and out were very efficient. Thank you for a great stay!"
