The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars on overall and cleanliness, is because they really need staff (at least two persons) on the pools areas. After a windy night, both pools were very dirty with debris the next morning and nobody did nothing about it. I even asked to see if I could borrow the net to clean all the leaves but they couldn’t find one. Other than that, it’s a great place to get away and relax.

The new clubhouse is new but the rooms and buildings are old and in bad condition.

3 minutes walk to Alamo; 10 minutes walk to River Walk. Quiet location. The public parking next to it costs over $50 per day. The parking next to the Emily Morgan hotel costs $35 only. The cleaning crew could do a better job. It feels a Airbnb than a hotel. But the offsite customer service responded fast.

Went as an end of summer staycation with the kids and baby. The room was great and comfy. They also brought in and set up a crib for the baby! We all had a great time.

Breakfast was great, too many options. Big room and loved that the bedroom was separated from living room.
