« Beware of Hidden Fees on Deposits. I left a "100% refundable" security deposit with this business. However, when it was returned, they deducted the credit card processing fees from my money. When I asked about it, they claimed the front desk informed me of this policy, but I have absolutely no recollection of that ever being stated. « Room was big and clean. I didn't use any of the amenities since I was only there one night but it was perfect for a short trip. »

« Beautifully decorated. Nice and cool rooms. Spacious design. The bathrooms were excellent and water nice and hot. The only disappointments were there wasn’t an iron and no breakfast was served. However there was a wonderful cafe near by. Just a 6 min walk. It made the trip well rounded. I will most definitely tell my friends and family and will stay again! Lovely staff! Made my husband and I wedding anniversary a very relaxing and stress free experience. »

« The elevator was slow and sounded like it was on its last leg. The ice machine on the second floor wasn't working so I had to go to another floor to get ice. The breakfast was just okay. There were two trees near the entrance infested with many birds, and if you parked your car under those two trees your car was covered with bird poop. The room was very clean and smelled fresh! Check-in and checkout was very smooth, quick, and easy. »

« The room was perfectly fine. I would prefer to have soap available close to the sink - not in a container on the wall. No major problems... I thought the price was a bit high for equivalent lodging - I would stay again only if there was a 'special' - »

« The hotel room was clean. But I was surprised that cleaning service was not offered in the three days we were there. Also there was not shampoo provided nor conditioner either. The rest was all good »

« Ancien bâtiment bien situé pr visiter downtown en revanche climatisation très bruyante et surtout petit dej servi dans full plastique : verre, couvert, assiette… tout part à la poubelle sans tri. En 2025 dans un hôtel de standing je trouve important que la planète soit pris en compte d’autant plus que c’est quand même peu agréable de manger dans du plastique. »
