Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The Paris Las Vegas Resort is a nice hotel in general. I'm taking time with this review because I don't want others to get surprised like we did. Pros: Great location, very clean, nice casino, easy to get around. Most employees were pleasant. Restaurants in the hotel were quite good (keep in mind, almost ALL food in Vegas is expensive). Cons: * We paid the stated amount on Hotels.com. Later received an email from the hotel saying we would owe another several hundred $$$ more for resort fees when we check in. It must have been in small print somewhere as we did not see that anywhere. * Check in is at 4:00. We were there at 3:00 - told we could check in for extra fee. We said we were fine just storing our luggage until later. Was then told that 2 of our 3 rooms were ready so we could check in a little early anyway. But we would have to pay extra $$$$ (per night/per room) regardless of when we checked in because it was the "hotel's discretion to assign rooms upon check in" and the rooms they were assigning were more expensive. In all my many years of travels, I have never heard this absurd reasoning before. They would not give me the price listed on my Hotels.com receipt. * The pool is not large but it was still nice & refreshing. Be prepared to pay VERY HIGH prices for any drinks (including water) in the pool area. In the end - we thought we were getting a great deal but our final bill was several hundred $$$ higher. Lessons learned.
