Hotels in La Torretta, Rome

"I’m not sure if this is bad luck or just bad timing. The hotel is located in a very remote part of the airport terminal. There is a bridge that connects you but the moving walkway was not in service the three days we were there. A few minutes after turning the AC on, water starts coming out of nowhere and my floor gets full of puddles. The staff was very responsive and quickly cleaned up the mess. "The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"Ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. Our room was clean but had a set of stairs and an outside door right outside our room. Our neighbours came back at 1:30am two nights and woke us up, not because the were noisy, but because the shared door was so close to us. I don’t think the location is particularly good. It’s 12 minutes walk from Termini which is why we chose it but 30 minutes walk to the nearest must-see sight. If you want a fancy hotel that’s near the sights, book elsewhere. "

"Check-in was smooth even though we arrived around 3 AM. The staff member at reception was very polite and welcoming. I’d also like to mention the security staff (I didn’t catch his name) who was extremely friendly—he kindly picked us up from reception and dropped us right at our room door 786,which was much appreciated. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"The staff was very friendly! We very much liked our stay at this hotel. The room was a bit outdated and bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way bc of the toilet. We did like that the room was cleaned when we came back to every day. The breakfast was an extra $15 pp per day, so we opted out. Nice location as well. A lot of restaurants near by. "
