"Staff was excellent. Room was great."

"There were some problems with our key cards but the staff fixed them with no issues. We were at the end of the hall on the first floor and the key card reader on the outside door right by our room was broke so we couldn’t use it. The rooms could use some upkeep with paint and furniture but the room was clean. The water pressure was terrible in the shower. There was a funny smell in the hotel lobby and they burn incense pretty often. Overall if you need a clean place to sleep and don’t care about looks or it being fancy, this is the place. The breakfast was decent. Nothing spectacular but it did the trick for us."

"Very comfortable the rooms are updated and nicely decorated. All the Front desk staff members are so helpful and extremely friendly! The lobby is very charming with convenient areas for guests who are working while there. They have a consieire who gives great advice and a very helpful and friendly bellman who senses when you need assistance. The restaurant has a very good menue and serves breakfast lunch and dinners on site. There is even a dj on site! I highly recommend hotel Tonnelle!"

"In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any."

"The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were amazingly friendly! The location is nice - situated close to but not in the French Quarter. The bed was very close to the air conditioner and it made it difficult to get the temperature adequately adjusted. Parking was awesome!"
