    You've found your Happy Place! This sleek and stylish, family-friendly getaway offers you and your guests plenty of options for fun right in your own backyard. Inside this vacation rental, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a double wall oven and a large breakfast bar of honed granite with seating for eight! The open-concept living area continues into a lounge with comfortable furnishings and a 55' flatscreen TV as well as another area with a full-size pool table. You'll also find a quiet piano lounge where you can socialize, listen to music, dive into a book by the fire, or play a few board games. Outside, the backyard features a sparkling swimming pool, a covered and furnished patio for al fresco dining, and a grassy lawn with unobstructed mountain views. And at the end of the day, slumber down in your choice of three bedrooms and a study offering a king-size bed, queen, and two sets of twin beds.

    Conveniently located to all Coachella Valley events and entertainment, this home is also walkable to La Quinta restaurants and shops. Grab your clubs and book a tee time on one of many world-class courses in the area, or take the family to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens in Palm Desert to check out numerous species of native wildlife and plants, just six-and-a-half miles away. There are also hiking trails around the area if you are feeling adventurous! Everything was wonderful, very clean and the pool was always the right temperature. Cozy beds and kitchen is 10/10. The location is excelent, there is a movie theater 5 minutes from the house and also a Trader Joe's and Target.

Perfect For Relazation

The location and house were perfect. I really liked the piano and the pool table. Never a dull moment! Id recommend this to everyone that asks. Ill be booking again and again.

The house was very beat up - paint was chipped, water pressure in the master shower was painful, the tub in the other shower did not have a stopper, pool lights did not work. The property manager tried to fix the pool lights but was unable to (but very nice of him).

Wonderful house in a wonderful location

The pool and back yard is amazing. House is close to many amenities. Enjoyed shooting pool and cooking. Beautiful town with many things to do. We will be back. House was nice and clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable.

The house is conveniently located to numerous grocery stores, retail stores, and restaurants. The house is spacious and perfect for a family to spend time in the pool, playing pool, or watching a movie in the living room. The house is a little dated inside but it’s clean and comfy for the family.

Amazing Home

We celebrated Thanksgiving at this house and we loved it. The house is perfect and it has everything to make you feel like home. From the kitchen to the backyard, it has everything to make your stay a little more enjoyable. The location is perfect, close to every store you need for a quick purchase and about a 5 min drive to El Paseo Dr. (Highend stores). We'll definitely be coming back.

Comfortable, Versatile, and Quiet

My family enjoyed our stay at this home. Check in and check out we’re a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The home was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table, I enjoyed the large kitchen, and we all enjoyed taking walks and hiking in the area. The beds were comfortable. I definitely recommend this home for families.

Team Bonding

My team and I stayed here while attending a conference. It was perfect for team bonding - morning walks to Starbucks, breakfast in the backyard, walk to dinner, etc. Accessible location, large backyard, sleeps 6, entertainment kitchen and open concept. This was our second time staying in this house and we will be back next year!

Perfect house for entertainment

This is the 2nd time Ive rented this property. Love the pool table and the pool and jacuzzi plus the big yard. This house has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and wonderful and there are shopping centers close by even walking distance. Great restaurants as well. Vacasa does a great job managing the home and the house is made super clean and organized.

Overall great stay

The house was nice. Only a few little things that were a little off but overall we all had fun. Would we stay again, probably not but it accomplished the mission of housing my friends. 4/5 stars

Fabulous and fun pet friendly house with pool and yard

Large home with pool table, swimming pool and large yard in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to stores and restaurants. The yard is perfect for dogs and children. Plenty of room to run around! The house has an open concept which is great for groups and families. You can walk coffee every morning, walk to Trader Joes, shopping and restaurants. We had the best time and will definitely rent this home again.

Amazing Home

This Home is amazing! My family and I enjoyed it very much. Boys had fun with the pool table. And we all had fun under the sun in the cool pool. House was spotless. And let me tell you Outstanding customer service Matthew was great from checking us in to following up on us making sure we were are enjoying the home. I recommend this home for a nice calm family get away.
