DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy! DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs 25 pounds or less will be considered at an additional fee. We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm. Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit. PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can\`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street. VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles. VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket. NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed. Loud noise isn\`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:). Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Ernie’s is a very short walk away, and we enjoyed hopping over there for breakfast and lunch on a few occasions. We played all of the public PGA WEST courses, being so close was exactly what we hoped for!! Very Quiet, Beautiful scenery, Nice People, and within 15 or 20 minutes of most every place we wanted to go!! Plenty of restaurants nearby, a Ralphs for your Grocery needs, etc!!
