The booking will be canceled with no refund. ★ Does the property have a private pool? ★ We do - guests have access to their own private pool for the perfect afternoon swim for relax. ★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★ Pets are not allowed. ★ What is the parking situation? ★ The HOA does not allow street parking in the community. As such we cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. Street Parking will result in a fine of at least $200 which guests will be liable for and you are at risk of being towed. ★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★ Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM. ★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★ While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late. Please note that due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available.
