Welcome to DESERT PLACE- 3-BEDROOMS* Sleeps 6 adults. A great place to relax and get away from it all. This desert oasis has 3 bedrooms with a beautiful new modern pool and hot tub in backyard with 360 degrees Mountain Views. The house is set in a private setting with Modern Decor. Fully equipped Kitchen, BBQ on Patio. There are multiple lounging and entertainment areas. Additionally (x2)Sofas are convertible beds. Desert Place is only a 5-minute drive to Coachella and Stage Coach music Festivals and minutes to endless hiking and biking trails.
It’s not a PARTY HOUSE. City has strict ordinance about loud music/ voices/amplified speakers and have fines for violation are $1000+ issued to guests.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Please inform us and pay in ADVANCE if you plan on HEATING the POOL and/or SPA and if you are bringing a pet( only dogs allowed). $75 per dog for up to maximum 2 dogs. Guests are financially responsible for any heating costs for the pool.
Pool heating(up to 84 degrees from 9AM-7PM) - First day is $110 after that $60 per day (November-April), $75 first day fee plus $35 per day after that (May-October), You won’t need heating during those months:) Pool startup heating up to a reasonable temperature of 82-84 degrees takes about 12 to 18hours in winter and 8-12 hours in warmer months.
Spa heating fees:
$50 (November-April), $35 ( May-October).
Pool and Spa use: No diving, jumping, rough play or running around pool allowed.

Highly recommend. Five Stars. Two lovely outdoor areas that both provide great views of the Coachella Valley, dark sky and mountains. Very large bedrooms. Lovely lap pool and hot tub. Didn't need to heat the water due to its solar catching location. Mid-90's made the water temperature perfect for this lady who routinely swim in Lakes Superior and Michigan!! Very convenient to nearby La Quinta town square, and hiking trails. Host accessible with one question we had regarding kitchen appliance.

Home was clean and well-maintained. Pool and hot tub were heated and very enjoyable. Mosquitos in backyard were a nuisance, but not sure if that could be improved or is a product of the neighborhood/time of year. It was a great stay!

La Quinta is such a fabulous destination, this house is a perfect location with fabulous mountain views and an exceptionally fabulous pool area! AC kept the house nice and cool and the ceiling fans' power is next level! We had a marvelous stay!

We have 2 shepski rescues who are not only bonded to each other they are bonded to usThey do not like to be in a kennel, but love family vacations, and they had a blast here in the fenced yardLovely quiet neighborhood beautiful pool. Awesome Jacuzzi will be back when we can find the time.

Loved this La Quinta Cove Home
This home in La Quinta Cove was awesome! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, even when traveling with kids. The pool and spa were awesome and used daily (we are glad we paid to heat the spa) given we were there in March and the temps dropped in the evening. Having a garage was nice to park the car inside. The views from the home are incredible as you are surrounded by mountains and desert terrain. Highly recommend this spot, especially when traveling with a family.

Wonderful Place
We stayed here for six weeks. The hosts, Anjeli and Jason were terrific. They responded promptly with any questions and information. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to ride our bikes to Old Town, Fritz Burns (pickleball), and 3 blocks to the bike trail and hiking. The beds were very comfortable. The yard and pool area is nicely laid out, our dog had room to get romp. Access to the outside eating area is nice, right off the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen and living area are functional. We would, and hope to, rent here again.

Winter Get Away
Had a wonderful stay in LaQuinta. House is close to Old Town with many good restaurants, Sunday Market, Art Walk. Also walking distance to hiking trails. We had everything needed to be comfortable in the house. The fenced yard was a plus for our pups. And we enjoyed the heated spa each morning.

We absolutely _loved_ this house! It was perfect for our needs, clean and comfortable, and we valued having actual TV channels, not just a streaming box, so we could watch current news and shows (Golden Globes!). Love the bright, cheerful decor and comfortable beds and furniture, with beautiful views of the mountains.

Quick Desert Getaway
We live in Orange County and were in town for a concert at Acrisure Arena. This rental was exactly what we needed for our weekend away. We rented at the tail end of summer, but it was still warm enough to enjoy the pool; however, use of a functioning spa was not built into the cost of the rental, and I paid an extra $35 to heat it for one evening…and that’s $35 per day. I didn’t love the coffee maker, but that’s a personal preference (P.S. not a keurig). The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, and it was located near any shopping we may have needed had we stayed longer. The owner was communicative and available. It sleeps six, but it was perfect for our party of four :)

4th of July is like a warzone in our neighborhood. It was so nice to stay in La Quinta and this house was PERFECT! We loved the rooms and cheerful colors. Always a little too hot during the day - but the air and fans make the house cool. Had all the amenities and more! We went out to the pool about 6:00 and it was just what we needed. Our dogs are 3 and 9 - and the older one has such a hard time with fireworks. I think we only heard one the whole night! Will definitely go back!!!

The perfect, quiet get away
We needed a quiet weekend to completely unplug and recharge. There was no reason to leave. We had food, entertainment, everything you need to escape busy and detailed lives.

Family Spring Break
We had a great visit here over spring break with our young kids. House had everything we needed, kids enjoyed the pool, the nearby restaurants we nice and we were close to many hiking areas.
