The house and its location is fine but the management company does not do a satisfactory job. Do be aware thought that the master has bo curtains and the bed is very hard. The house was not very clean when I arrived. One time there was dirt all over the floor. The master bathroom had other people’s hair in the drawers and in the shower. The worst time was when i found multiple dog pee stains on the carpet in the master and when i went to use one of the house blankets I found it was also covered in dog urine. One of the weeks I arrived the front gate code was not working and it took 30 minutes to get a hold of someone. Also the garage clicker never worked any of the weeks i was there. One of the weeks I was there the entire plumbing system backed up, there was gross stuff coming up all the shower drains and the toliets didnt work. This was after the housekeepers were there for a midstay clean. For some reason they did not report this issue to management accurately or management chose not to anything until I came back to the house late afternoon. I was told there was drain that needed attention but it was no problem maintenance could come the next day. When i arrived I found a disaster that needed immediate attention. Management was not apologetic or willing to put me in a hotel for the night bc it was unclear how quickly the issue could be resolved even though I expressed i was there working and wake up at 5am daily. Overall management was rude. It took until after 8pm to fix the plumbing. They sent a housekeeper back to clean the toilets and showers again but the woman sent had no idea how to properly disinfect anything, so i ended up having to clean it all. ##### saree g. The property was very clean, and all the appliances were high-end. The bath towels and bed linens were of boutique hotel quality. The kitchen is great for those that enjoy cooking - very well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. The bathrooms and closets are huge with ample room for clothes and luggage storage.
