"Centrally located, this hotel in Forks was a great spot to land after a day of visiting Olympic NP. Our room was clean, had a fridge and microwave and enough room to relax after a day of hiking. Parking was easy—it’s a motor lodge, so your designated spot is in front of your room door. The WiFi worked well enough, but be aware that anywhere in this area may be difficult to find service for your cell phone. Do your planning in advance and have a paper map on hand. Forks is a quirky little place, lots of cute shops and funny stuff, and if you forgot something, just go down to the Ace Harware store, it’s connected to a grocery and an outdoors gear outfitter."
"Loved staying at this cabin. Super cozy and clean. Had all the basics (linens, dishes, dish soap etc.)
Check in was smooth and the person who checked us in was very friendly. Nice to walk around the property and enjoy the scenery. Close to beaches. Store on site. Didn’t get to try the food.
We enjoyed our stay, thanks"
"We wished there had been a fan in the cabin because it got a little stuffy at night and we wished the sink was a bit bigger as it was hard to wash hands or brush teeth in it. Overall we enjoyed our stay!"
"Location was great, like you had hiked into the rainforest, but convenient. The price was about 3 times too expensive, but it was just what we needed that weekend, as far as a ready made campsite and solid shelter. Nice to have a toilet and shower nearby. Hot water was tricky to use without burns or cold, but worked. Some of the tent sites looked like they offered less privacy, so choose carefully with those. I've added pics of the short trail to the site. The advertised pics are accurate."
"Very disappointed..so much so that we didn't stay. The A-frame was musty, the two porta potties for all of the sites were far from our A frame. I emailed the owner twice before coming and didn't hear back with details. There was no one else staying there and we do not recommend staying there. "
Blue Spruce Meadow: Comfortable, Private, Cozy and just 7 miles from 2 beaches
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect fit for the couple/family on adventures to the beaches nearby. Super convenient location, the rental shares the lot with another rental unit behind (lots of private space still) and owners up thw driveway (good distance away). Theres a laundry room equipped with everything u need and the home is perfectly equipped. Only note i'd make is, we are AT&T customers and didnt have any reception halfway down La Push Road, so have your maps to the place downloaded. Keep it in mind, the blue spruce supplies free wifi which makes up the lack of reception except when you head out to the beaches "
